Default There is going to be a dyno day coming up I have a question...
I've never done this before, do the Audi's need a special dyno machine since they are AWD?

Default Yes they need a four wheel dyno, one with two rollers instead of one. Part of the reason AWD cars
are exempt from Smog Check II in CA.

Default The S4 needs an AWD compatible dyno, meaning that all four wheels are moving
as long as this is the case, then you should be good to go.

A not "special" dyno, only has two of the wheels moving (front or back, as opposed to left or right).
