Default Ben..what are you talking about?.....

The 19mm anti-sway bar by Neuspeed is pretty much the same one they have always had..there is no new version that doesn't rub. BTW, if it did rub..what would it rub against? The issue with the REAR anti-sway bars is as follows:

1) Initially Neuspeed offered a 22mm rear anti-sway bar. This first version did NOT come with subframe support brackets. Through time some people developed differing levels of damage to their rear subframe. It cracked (since it is very thin) slightly in some..and very badly in one or two cases (Gary A. was one of them that was bad...Jim S was another).

2) Neuspeed developed a subframe support bracket...(I had input into it at one point) and developed an 19mm bar. Neuspeed sent out support brackets probably to 100-200 22mm bar customers at the time...telling them to install it..and asking if they wanted to switch to the 19mm..they could..at no cost.

3) Another thing that happened when the subframe moved is that the axle half shaft rubbed on the plastic uplink arms in the rear suspension...some just slightly wore them down..others broke (Warren **** had one that broke..as did a few others). My cars (97 A4, 00 S4, 01 S4 Avant.. and many other Neuspeed anti-sway bar owners NEVER experienced this issue.

4) Fast forward to today...Greg Woo is finalizing a new revised "support bracket" not bar. I have requested the new version..as have many others.

Hope this helps.

Default That is the address I sent my request to.

You might need to show your receipt from Supreme Power, New Dimensions, Greedspeed, or AWE, to get the new support brackets.

Default Is your car a little tail happy with the bar at soft setting?...

And do you set it to "stiff" at the track, or just leave it?

It is never tail happy...but it is closest to tail happy on the 19mm hard setting
