Block 112 might be exhaust temps...
I don't see anything specifically for air/fuel ratio. I think the ECU tries to keep that perfect (around 14.7:1) by using the inputs from all its sensors.

For the 1.8T it is Block 002 and then you need.... (more)
... you need to use a conversion formula... I don't really know what it is, but here is a link to some data testing I did of the ECS N75. Inside you'll find a page in the Excel spreadsheet that has the Conversion - it is a table with colored cells and Air/Fuel info, such as injector duty cycle, etc.
