I drove my S4 pretty damn hard today. Probably a total of 3.5 hours of track time at Willow Springs in 85 degree desert weather. This isn't the first time I've tracked it either. The car was rock solid the whole day, brakes were fine, tbb was fine, bpv's were fine.. I drove home and the car felt like it always did. I'm impressed.

Thanks for those rubber things Cheng.. I think they used to be called tires.

If your brakes didn't warp, then you weren't going fast enough down the front straight :-)

well...if you do a proper cool down lap than the rotor shouldn't warp that easily

I could've been babying the car a little because I know of brake warping issues. I hit 110-115 on the front straight then coasted a little before early braking into turn 1.

I really enjoyed turn 8/9 though.. you know when you hit 9 right cause it feels damn good and you're all setup to tear *** down the straight.
