Default Yes sir. Amazingly compact. I wonder why Audi didn't base the B6 S4 off of this...

because they probably could have avoided the rear mounted mega long timing chain BS.

Default W8 passat was a failure though...also audi/VW are starting to differentiate themselves

for instance teh next passat will not be based off of an A4, and will also offer VR6 VW engines as oppossed to the Audi V6 engines..
at least that is what i read last year somewhere

Default Man, everything is fantastic. I drove down to the German/Austrian Alps this past weekend...

unbelievable. I'll post pics and stuff later when I have time. I drove back on Sunday morning and the Autobahn was empty. Yep, miles and miles and miles at 155 mph is a great thing. :-) FWIW, a Mercedes C class gets the same gas mileage at 140-155 than my Dad's GMC Yukon does at 70.

My car will get here in 2-3 weeks hopefully.
