Default Not so true...

Cops can be nicer to Porsche drivers because they're more likely to be connected.

You pay more but you do get more...

I've only had bikes "race" me and then for not very long. If you are going fast enough, by the time they think about it you're long gone. :-)

It is actually possible to drive quite normally. One of the things I discovered after getting a Porsche was that the vast majority of Porsche are not actually driven very fast. It is a small percentage that really know how to push a Porsche properly. Most of the models aren't even that fast. On the 996/997 only the GT3, GT2, Turbo and GT3RS are really worth looking at.

Default They don't throw you on the hood and do a drug search....

like some of the riced out cars but if you are traveling an a pack of cars and you are speeding guess who will be pulled out of the lineup?

I guess its the wing and the "turbo" script that promps wanabees to challenge.

Default I want to go that route, just not comfortable enough with the car to start looking seriously.

Been reading the Rennlist and browsing the Autotrader online listings. Wide range of prices, my range would be 65 - 70k I suppose.

Is yours a daily driver ? Does this even make sense ? My commute is about 25 miles roundtrip. I put about 8-9k on my car per year.
