Thinking about switching from AWE Stg 3 to EPL w/ Tuning

That's what I'm wondering...
I think it would be more cost efficient for me to get a custom tune to my AWE/GIAC Stage III rather than change over to EPL. I'm sure EPLs stuff rocks, but that's a hefty price tag to make the change over.

We switched a car from latest AWE stage 3 to EPL...
Car never ran quit right with the AWE kit, always on the lean side, EGTs spiking at the end of 3rd gear runs, and strange boost profile. Car got switched to EPL and ran great on the OTS file. Car ran awesome, very smooth boost curve, and no more EGT spiking. The customer choose to get custom tuned by EPL to get the most possible out of the software, and is very happy with the result!

EPL won't custom tune a car with somebody else's fueling kit on the car. In other words, you would need to be money out of pocket in order to switch from AWE/GIAC to EPL in order to get custom tuned. That is what the previous post was about. If you bought an EPL fueling kit, exactly what about your car is AWE kit? You mean you bought your turbos there? LOL.
