Thinking of (finally) going Stage 1 / GIAC- 41,350 miles. Is Griffin still best in the Bay Area?

I would take it to DSR before Griffin, and pay a local AW member...
who's good with these cars after that. They no nothing about these cars at Griffin, unless they have someone new there I don't know about.

Griffin himself had never even heard of an FMIC on these cars...
And tried immediately to scare me by saying my tranny couldn't hold half of what I was throwing at it. He was completely clueless. That being said, he is a nice man who also helped me out one day with something minor, a tire patch I needed very quickly when they were really busy. But I wouldn't let them touch my engine or suspension or anything like that.
