Those with issues concerning The Race Store
I just got off the phone with KW. The Race Store (TRS) is an authorized dealer to sell KW coilovers. Unfortunately, for those who have purchased KWs from the race store recently, KW has heard of the recent issues and have been trying to contact TRS as well. Apparently, a lot of the VWvortex members have outstanding orders with TRS as well. KW told me that they have not seen anything from TRS within the past month. So if you have an outstanding order, you may want to dispute the charges with your credit card co. or through other means if you used a different type of payment. Or if you are willing to wait, KW is aware of the problem and will post on VWvortex with status.
For now, stay away from The Race Store.

Have you posted this to all the forums?
If not you might want to. I know a few TT guys who are wanting / waiting to hear from TRS too.
I also sent an e-mail to Jason Teller since this is his website and I think he should be aware that one of his paying advertisers is hanging some guys out to dry.

I have sympathy for Ralf, with a newborn child with health scares...
His wife had a child in the last month, a difficult premature birth, so who knows if family health is a factor.
I know he previously was having difficulty keeping up with phone calls and emails, and he hired someone new to help. Then the baby came. He took a "vacation" over the holidays and first week of January. So, he is very behind.
His voice mail was "full" a few days ago, but is taking messages now, so he is apparently working on it.
If you can be patient with him, please do. Check your credit card... I don't think he will charge anything until it ships. In my case, he has sent partial shipments, but charged nothing.
I trust his sincerity, but I just don't think his organization can presently handle the volume. He was working extreme hours, even before the baby.
I'll let you know when I hear from him, posting here and in the A6 forum.
