for those who make digital movies what kind of Camcorder do you have

I am looking for something that has USB or fireware built in, memory card, 8mm tape, decent resolution, and comes with software for converting to Mpeg/DVD.

Make sure you get an analog input! This lets you tape using a lipstick camera when you realize that

mounting the entire camcorder in the intercooler intake or the wheelwheel (suspension cam) is not going to work.

Seriously, do not buy w/o this feature.
