Default throttle sticking? hmm

every once in a while ill come out of a parking lot and get on it in first and when i shift to second the rpms rise(while my foot is off the gas) they go to about 6k and then fall down..its done this a dozen or so times

I think it might be the electronic throttle control by the pedal thats sticking or something, not sure, has this happened to anyone?

or could it possibly be my waste gates are not opening or my dv's sticking?

help???

Default Your clutch switch is broken.

The switch that detects the clutch is being depressed at all (not the one to tell if it's ALL the way in -- there are two.)

Default Because it's a DBW car.

The ECU doesn't REALLY come off the throttle immediately when your foot does (to make things a lot smoother), but this isn't really noticable unless you do something like push the clutch in... in which case the ECU *DOES* drop the revs right away. (Actually I think it has something to do with activating the brake booster pump, since the clutch is now disengaged... I forget, been a long time...)

Do you not have *any* DTCs at all?
