Ticket help, I dont know what to do!!11!1!!
Alright, so I received a ticket for speeding pictured here:

If you notice the officer did not write down what my offense was, only the date, road on which it took place, time, and whether or not there was an accident. As you can see from the fine I was going well over the posted 55mph limit, however, I thought that becasue the guy didnt fill anything out I might have a chance of fighting the ticket. So I did.
Well, I recieved my court hearing in the mail this afternoon. What caught my attention, though, is circled in pink:

How could they have known this with nothing written on my ticket? Any suggestions on what to do/say when in court? TIA

Pay the attorney, no question. How is your record gf? I once had a "careless" ticket written. My ...
atty had it reduced to 70 in a 55 before i even stepped to the podium.
Judges prefer you using an attorney to repsresent you b/c it supports the judicial system. At the time I did not have any points and a very clean history.
Regardless of your record, a good attorney will get this thrown out. What ever you pay, it will be well worth the money!!!
If you only would have had the pic in that cop outfit (never saw, but I heard about it - e-mail it please ) ... you could have told him he can't ticket a fellow officer! ;o)

Looks like he probably added that AFTER he gave you your copy.
Meaning, he realized he forgot to fill that in and added the information after the fact. Sounds like you might still have a case. I would request a copy of the citation from the court clerk and see what's on there. If there is nothing on there either, it's getting tossed. If there is, the officer modified the citation after it was issued (there HAS to be something wrong with that). So either way, I would think you're okay, but I'm not a lawyer.
