Tire help
Help. I live in the Northeast. I need tires. Would get you Bridgestone Pole Position S03 or Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. To be placed on stock wheels. I considering noise, handling (wet/dry), and wear life. I know both are great but am looking for insight. Thanks.

The S03 are by far, better.
I had the Pilot Sports on another car of mine, and while they are great in dry performance, they were horrible in wet weather, and when the temp dropped below 40, the car could barely stop. I went through a set of them within 14,000 miles.
This was on a Volvo C70 btw.
You will stand to save a few bucks in the process!

Do you want summer tires or all season tires?
S-03s seem to be THE choice for ultra high performance summer tires. Being in the NE, you would probably then have to get a separate set of winter tires...OR...make some handling compromises and get all season tires. I just went through the same debate myself (I'm in Baltimore). There are limited all-season choices in the stock size (225/45/17), but I ended up choosing BFGoodrich g-force KDWS in 235/45/17, which should fit according to research on this site! Still waiting for them...will write impressions after mounted.
