Tischer Silver Spring, MD - opinions?
#2
Bought a 328i and S4 there....
The BMW side sucks. My sales guy hate me because BMWNA called my mom and she said "good" instead of "excellent." None of the other guys would talk to me either. Got plenty more horror stories too. Oh well. I was only 19 at the time though.
Audi side seems good so far. Sales guy was nice although he didn't return my last call. Service manager seems cool too, but I only have 7k and no problems on my car.
Wasn't going to buy S4 from them but they had just gotten in exactly the car I wanted so I got lazy and took their offer.
I would say go there as long as you get a decent offer. There aren't that many Audi dealers around.

They are not bad. management has changed.
look for Ara. He'll set you up with an Audi.
He is fair and doesn't like to play games.
I don't think he can sell BMW anymore because management is try to promote Audis through his expertise.

Re: Tischer Silver Spring, MD - opinions?
Dont know much about tischer, but I just got mine a few weeks ago from HBL in tysons and couldn't be more happy with the experience. I have a small issue right now with a tire and within minutes of talking to my salesman, things were arranged to take care of it. email me if you want info on who handled my deal.

Are you looking to buy a car or just looking to get your S4 serviced?
If you didn't buy the car there, then they won't supply a rental. I used to take my car there and just wait. My conversations with the people there leads me to believe that they are not mod friendly. So if you are modded, don't take your car there. Email me if you need more info. The service advisors are friendly though they will tell you up front that modding can/will void your warranty.
Bring your own oil. I think they use regular Castrol. One time, the tech working on my car almost put in the dino oil that they use. Good thing I was watching and had to remind him that the oil I brought in was in the car.
