you said you were in stock mode. How fast did you go? was the governor gone in stock for you?

I hit the speed limiter.. it was right around 145 indicated
I think the limiter is supposed to be at 143, I didn't look carefully at the speedo, so it might have been 143 instead of 145... same diff :-P

does APR's stock program remove the speed limiter?
I know GIAC's is actually your stock ECU programming, so that's an obvious no. Although I'm sure GIAC would do a stock program with no speed limiter if you paid for it.
Interesting question though. I'm really excited to put my car (with full mods and stock ECU/Turbo's) on the dyno and see what (if any) differences it makes.
