Took my door lock pump apart. Pretty obvious what the problem was...

Looks like the TurboLady got lost and hit your lock pump instead.

Default Yep - that looks like exactly the type of mechanism we have here.

Hmmm - dip into the extended warranty, buy a new pump and be done with it? Or spend lots of time trying to source the replacement part?

Maybe I'll do both and keep the replacement part as a backup if I get one.

:-) Maybe it's her sister, the Pump Lady...

Default I can get it 90% back together, but the center seems pretty well shattered.

The toothed axis thingy that sticks up out of the pump apparently is meant to spin the disc thingy, and both are missing pieces. Without one reference point, it would be hard to fab up a new one.

I have the same DTC. Maybe I'll take a look some day when I'm really bored ;-)

Default I just emailed the U.S. rep to inquire about getting the parts.

I'll follow up here if it leads anywhere.

Maybe this will lead to the start of KenobiTuning.

Default If your pump still works, maybe take it apart now to see whether it's close to failure.

That pump assembly comes apart with only three phillips screws, and it's not very complex. You could easily crack it open to take a peek and then put it back together with little effort.

I'd love to have a picture of the part intact...
