Tried a new flavor of Doritos today...
Mark @ Autospeed let me try out a beta M-box chip from AMD this afternoon.
Boosts up to 16psi, holds at 14.5 then tapers to 13 up top.
I've owned MTM and now run X. All I can say about the AMD is that it is very smooth. Of coarse it's fast too but I only had it in for an hour and don't have any comparative data.
Didn't hit the 18PSI parallel MBC threshold so plays nicely with my high flow downpipes and ICs.
Boost is very easily modulated with the gas pedal. You don't get full boost unless you push the accelerator almost all the way down.
Very nice software IMO.
