Hey: You people are not up to it with turbos-owned four ( 3-300ZXTT's and a 'R'RX-7)before my S4- they all made some form of the same whistle sound-especially when cold-ran the hell out of them-never a turbo failure-If you don't know what you're talking about then don't offer an invalid opinion. Reminds me of 'unintended acceleration'.

All turbo cars have that whistle. If you've ever been in a Supra Turbo or the Mitsubishi VR-4 you'll hear the same thing except that the exhaust note is louder so it dampens the whistle.

Going to my dealer tomorrow. I believe that it may be normal. I hear from a friend that he had the same issue and the dealer replaced his turbos. He has his car chipped which could have been the problem in burning out. My sound is identical though. It does sound cool it constantly makes me think that a cop is chasing me...
