Update on filling RS4 bumper license plate area...
ROJO said it's very time consuming to do it right and usually not something customers are willing to pay.
My body shop (Queen City) said it can be done and would look good for a year or two but eventually you'd start to see the outline of where the license plate area is. This is due to the effects of heat cycles and vibration on the bumper plastic and whatever filler you use.
So, while I still think it would look cleaner, I'm not going to have it filled.

why not get the american s4 filler plate and have them cut out the notches so you can mount the US filler plate in the rs4 bumper, im sure that would be cheaper, obviously i don't kno if the US Spec filler plate is the same length but its a helluva lot easier to do that. just a thought.
