Update on my car.
It's been eight weeks I've been without my car, but I think I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
All bodywork is done. The replacement of damaged undercarriage bits: done. New wheels and tires are on. All airbag replacement and interior repair: done.
The car had its first alignment yesterday and most everything was able to be set within spec except for the right rear, which couldn't have the camber brought in close enough. The car is back at the body shop now and they'll be examining the control arms that were not replaced on that corner that to see who might be the culprit(s).
Provided parts don't take too long and they can schedule time on my (admittedly overloaded) dealership's alignment rack on Tuesday, I might be back in the S by this time next week. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
