Yup - where she was, boiling temp should be a bit less than 90C.

Default In that case...is there any chance they didn't bleed the system properly?

An air pocket in the cooling system will impede coolant flow and increase the likelihood of an overheat condition.

I guess a repeat experiment (hopefully with a different result) will be the best test...

Default You can easily fix the 'air pockets' in the sytesm. Do the same thing i said to test the system,

disregard RKA's posts (), anyway, just continue to 'burp' the system by squeezing the upper pipe once (and if) the coolant is flowing. This should force the air out...should being the operative word
