USELESS WEDNESDAY POLL- HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?
Filled up my tank this morning after driving it about 20 miles reading 0 miles left before empty...Filled it up with 15.007 gallons. Anybody push it further than that, and live to tell about it?

16.89 gallons.
I also had one instance where I was on fumes (no flames, my own mistake (i was in bfe!)
and filled up with 17.024 gallons. I asked the store if their meters were wrong, they replied no. I explained my story and they refuted it. so maybe that's the most. who knows. I usually put in 15 gallons or more. & yes I know the fuel capacity fo the s4 is interesting.

I was heading out to Mt. Rainier in Seattle, WA saw a sign for gas. (really long!!)
just had 5 miles left on tank and already logged 317 miles thus far. (which is good for me). so about 10 minutes later I see a sign for gas, which is a good thing b/c I was on 0 and noticed the needle was headed to the left!!!! UGH!!! Ok this is where it gets interesting.....
That gas station DOESN"t exist! but I didn't know that. there was a sign for another town 28 miles away, and realisitaclly that was my only option, there was no plan b b/c I was in the midst of Mt Rainier national forest.... so I drive conservatively 40 mph (which was the speedlimit) and coast down hills etc.. I was freakin... seriously, I was about to guess in the next 1/4 mile (35 minutes later) that we were gonna go bust. and I'm thinking how F-in lame is some hick gonna look at some 27 year old driving a "german car outta gas in BFE!" so I dont know how I did it but saw the gas station in the dist. and hoped Icould make it. when I pulled in and opened the gas cap... it madea HUGE suction noise i.e. you *** is outta gas! I guess I used one of my 9 lives there but I kept the reciept of that gas fill up b/c no one would believe taht an S4 can hold that much! Lesson learned and I also know the S4 has some "extra" capacity
