VAG guru's need help DTC 16815: Warm up Catalyst Bank 2: Efficiency Below Theshold
and also this one
6621: Turbo/Super Charger Boost Sensor (A) Circuit: Low Input [Sporadic
I changed the BPV on both sides last night and used some 4mm tubing for the vacc lines. at first there was no hissing, after the drive today there was some. The car never threw a CEL or felt like it surged at all with the boost. i think its the clamps i used to attach the vacc lines, but i dont have the oem ones. i used srew clamps for those as well. any one go the [art number for the oem clamps? and is it ok to drive the car to work in the am tomorrow?

I usually vag it once a week and this is the first dtc i have gotten. of course it has to happen the first time i vag it since i did the bpv last night. dam murphys law

The first code could mean your cat went bad or your 02 sensor went bad.
I have *never* seen the 2nd code. Possibly your MAP sensor is going/did go bad!?
For the first code, it can occur if you sit at idle for a long time when warming up. Have you done that?

Funny that, I got the exact same one last week. I cleared the code and it did not come back (yet)
It did not seem to affect the car's performance whatsoever.
My problem is that I keep getting the Bank1&2 too rich. I have changed the MAF/O2 sensors already, but it does eventually come back.
Oh well, I guess I just stopped worrying about all this

I'm stage 3 BTW.

2nd one....
maybe, dont know for sure, but on the compressor housing of the turbo, there is a banjo fitting where boost is read, so maybe it has to do with that one? Like if your turbo is producing inconsistant boost?

If you have aftermarket dp's and sit at idle after start-up for a while, you can get 16815...
usually when you clear it, it won't come back....if that is the case. Weird that you keep getting the other codes after replacing maf and 02s.

could these just be from a poorly refitted vaccum line from when i installed the BPV?
I changed the hoses from both BPV. when i got home and pulled into the garage i lifted the hood to let the heat soak dissapate and heard a hissing noise, while the car was at idle.
