Wanna start a Lemmiwinks tuning guide
Maybe some of you experts can fill in the blanks to help make it more complete these are little things here and there I see Mike/Doc post I write them down in my notes so when I am on the road I have a good reference guide.
------------------------------
031 Oxygen Sensor Voltage
in block 031 log your wide open throttle voltages on the primary sensors and be sure it's around 0.8V+ to redline. anything higher than about 0.95volts is going richer than what i'd like to use.
Target around -7% rich.
------------------------------
026 027 Knock control, knock sensor voltage (amplifier factor included)
log 026 and 027 to be sure your knock voltages are in the high teens, low 20's. knock gets saturated around 29.835. try not to hit that frequently, if you bounce off of it from time to
time, it's ok. you can either: add fuel or subtract timing to reduce your knock values. listen for any audible ping as well.
------------------------------
020 Knock Sensors Cyl 1-4
021 Knock Sensors Cyl 5-8 <How many degrees is considered tolerable for 020, 021?>
115 Boost Specified / Actual
034 EGT < What temps to watch for Idle Part WOT >
032 Oxygen sensors learning values
<At what point should it be determined that adjustment is needed +/_ should you always shoot for 0? I think Mike says shoot for -7>
Anything else plz do add!

Knock retard blocks 020 021 should not go over 10 deg
15 deg is max. up to 10 deg on a few cylinders is OK. I don't know why knock sensor voltage is useful (block 026 027)when 020 021 gives actual retard.
I think O2 voltage is an unreliable way to measure A/F. The sensor is VERY non-linear with an almost an on-off curve. Readings on the steep slopes either side of stochiometric is unreliable. That is why wide band sensors are used.

Question about the O2 section...
I don't believe everyone's fuel trim will be the same, ie not everyone can aim to be around -7%. Well maybe...I need to keep learning and toying.
Right now I'm very close to %0, but have O2's in the .85v range. Maybe I'm missing something?
I like your idea here though.

Mine is the opposite
I can only connect with the ignition off, when I turn the ignition on all settings are lost?
Interesting thing is I read the values with ignition off and set the new values ( say idle +200rpm ), if I shutdown lemmiwinks and restart it it will read the values I set. But as soon as I turn the ignition on I lose all changes?
I have a D-box ECU?
Any ideas?
