Wed. morning poll - What should I get for my car's birthday?
My car was born in June of 2001, and I think it's my responsibility (nay, duty) to get her something. Currently I'm looking at a pair of Recaro Styles, Stasis Motorsport suspension (or possibly Track sport), and Stasis/Alcon brakes (again, either Motor or Track sport).
Which would you pick and why?
Right now I'm leaning towards the Recaros....

Do you already have brakes, suspension, and seats?
If so, I'd upgrade the suspension. If you don't have one of the three, get the one that you don't have. If you have none of the three and plan to track, get the brakes.

The stock calipers actually squeeze quite well. AFAIK, only the big Alcons and the Porsche Cayanne
brakes (basically systems with large pistons) apply more brake torque. The stock pistons are 43 and 42 mm, that's applying a lot of force on the pads.

Upgrade the brakes, then. I don't consider DBAs and stock calipers very track-worthy.
However, I have not experienced them, nor do I know anyone who has. I'm speaking solely from analysis in which I'm assuming that the stock calipers do not cool well enough and that the stock floating 2-piston calipers do not clamp as evenly as fixed 4-piston aftermarket calipers.
But, as mpwolf mentioned below, the clamping force of the stock calipers is very good.
