It's at the Audi dealership, so I doubt it. If I had $ I would have taken it to VAST for full Stg3

Default get some ko4s on a CC and get them in that car!

you dont have to do fueling now, but the ko4s you MUST do now or youre going to bite yourself in the *** when you have to pay labor later.

Default *Update ------>

Here is an update on my situation. Unfortunately, I have to leave out some minor details until this is completely resolved.

---

I got a call from the dealership saying that my warranty company needed to see records of my oil changes, and that the oil level was down 2 quarts (burned off, thus all the white smoke)

After my warranty company reviewed the proof of oil changes I faxed them, they decided they would cover replacement of the turbos, but only if they had failed. However, I had to authorize a 20hour "tear down" of the engine to check the turbos and verify they were indeed bad. If they were not, I would be financially responsible for the labor (20 hours @ $95/hr) and still have a broken car.

Today, I got a call from the dealership informing me they got the engine pulled, and both of the turbos were bad. They also informed my warranty company which thankfully agreed to pay for their replacement and all the labor costs.

Their next step is checking the quality/status of the oil return lines and making a decision on them. We do not know yet if the warranty company will authorize brand new, used, rebuilt/repaired k03's or possibly even k04's (*woot!*)

While looking at the engine, I found absolutely no oil leaks whatsoever. Except for the common road grime/dirt, it is in mint condition. Of course having super easy access to the engine, I had to take a look at the clutch.... It still looks clean. WTF? Lol

If I had to estimate, I would say I should have my car by Wed-Thursday of next week. But, many things could happen between now and then.

I'll make a post on this thread with any more updates as I get more information.

Here are a few pictures I took. Sorry, all I had with me was my cellphone.
