It's an OEM RS4 front bumper...The washer covers a flush, yes...I def
do not have the RS4 fenders...Wish i did, but do not...thats why this bumper is a PIA, cause you have to do a significant amount of heat molding/plastic welding to tie the curve of the top of the bumper w/ the bottom of the front fenders together. Trust me, it's not a fun thing and almost gave up a few times...Don't know about the stock S4 fogs...these are the RS4 fogs...I believe the Reiger RS4 bumper is a much better and easier fit/job. However, i'm not a fan of it and really wanted OEM. Still have more adjustments to do and will let it settle for a month/two and then try to re-adjust again.

Patience is a big issue...You can't push too far forward or you
risk buckling the fenders...Line up the front front and then work from there. It def. take a lot of adjustments...Since you already made the inside cuts just bondo a bit betweent the bumper and make sure it feels good between the fender as well. Do you have enough shims for the bumper shocks? Like i mentioned you'll have the fit the bumper multiple times...I think i put the bumper on/off 30 times for the inital fitment. PKmode did the bumper himself and i'm sure he might have some good times as well. Just be patient w/ it...Good luck to ya...

Do the MarkP bumper mod to smooth out the bulges.
I did the same thing he did except I used 3/4 x 1/4 aluminum angle (Home Depot) instead of his flat strip. The angle is much much stiffer and weighs the same.
Turned out great.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2672992.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2672992.phtml</a></li></ul>
