Default well, saw a convertible M3 today on the highway....

and a couple things I noticed.

One, that car is drop dead gorgeous.

two, fact one is a shame, b/c in cliche fashion, the twentysomething kid driving it with terminator oakleys was a ***** as he looked at me and sneered, even when I gave him a thumbs up.

third, it's fast, looks mean, and has an awesome stance outof the box. Why did Audi give us this damn "Big Foot" look?

Default That's the first one you've seen?

Just wondering, b/c I see them all the time up here and I would think it would be a better car for GA than MA. Go figure.

And yeah, it is purty!

Default the reason you see so many in MA (boston area anyways) is b/c

of the rich kid college students whose parents decided that it was ok for a college kid to drive a 55K automobile around town.

Default hehe.

I don't mind he was young, but the obviously cocky attitude was priceless.

Default i'm so glad i didn't need a car during my college years...

and people (even the rich kids) weren't flossing their bimmers and what not around....the sole reason...its a PITA to own a car and go to school at the same time in NYC. boston however seems to be a different scene...all about the bling bling chrome wheels on the MBs and bimmers. There seem to be more luxury cars then hondas and toyotas put together on some streets...

Default Its even worse seeing them in 911 TT. I can't believe that a parent in the right mind

would buy their kids a $130K car!

Default if these parents make that much and already are paying over $30K in tution....

for their kids, a $130K car just might not be out of their league...

people forget, lots of people overseas make millions and millions of dollars...

but i have seen with my own eyes, students driving 911 TT also...
