Default Well....status update on the turbo issue...sent them back to Audspeed to be

inspected. He finally checked them out, and first tried to tell me the failure was possibly due to an issue with my engine, and after I told him that it wasn't my engine, since the old turbos I took off were fine, he tried to say that it was due to FOD. I am 99% sure it wasn't FOD failure. I sent some pictures to Blouch for their opinion, and their opinion was that it didn't really look like FOD failure, and I might have them sent to Blouch for a second opinion. What would you guys do? Feel free to email me if you are more comfortable with that...

Default I'm no expert, but it doesn't look like anything attacked the compressor from the inlet.

Looks like the compressor hit the housing.

Default Well, the pictures are kind of fuzzy, but you get the idea....I circled the area with the big

machining mark that looks like FOD marks. The "FOD" looking marks are actually where he filed down the leading edges of the compressor blades....
