Default Went to Tahoe on my new SP5000's.... I must say these things freaking RULE in the snow...

It was nice and sunny out, so there wasn't any ice... but well there was this just ever so perfect parking spot right up in front of the lodge... ideal. I could spot my car from damn near anywhere on the mountain!

Here's the hitch... The spot was filled with a mound of snow. There was an SUV behind it and a Benz in front of it.

So what do I do? What anybody with quattro would do... I parallel parked on top of the snow mound

*grin*

My car was probably about a good 8" - 1' higher than the benz in front... wewp! =)

Oh yeah... the tires also rocked in driving around in the sluch and sludge and snow that was on the roads also =)

Default I'm from the east coast... I grew up pushing ice granules around =) Deep powder == burning thighs

I enjoy the deep powder as much as the next person.... heh but skiing on packed powder with just enough depth to cover your skiis is a freakin blast... speed comes easy and yet I can carve pretty damn well too =)

Default Wuss. Get a nice Fat Bob 174 or swallow tail and be a man.

Only complete lamers complain that "it's snowing too hard to ride" or "the powder is too deep," unless, of course, they are on SKIs.
