Wet Passengers side front and back carpet what do i do?
Hey my name is joe and i have a audi s4 2000 and i have a bad leak in my car as the post says the front passengers side and rear passengers side is all wet when it rains. I tried sealing around the cabinfilter bec i thought that was the problem but it was not then i checked the sun roof drain and nither was the problem can some 1 give me any other ideas what could be leaking in my car ?

any other suggestions im desprae 4 help starting work this monday and need my car 2 be in perfect working condition with no leaks lol!

front of the passenger side carpet, all the way towards the glove box
happened to me 2 weeks ago. you need to remove the glove box, pull the carpet back and then pop out the AC drain from the floor.
see whether the drain is clogged after the floor (its a grommet that dumps onto a heat shield over the tranny, stick your finger in there, or if its clogged inside the small plastic tube that drains directly from the AC.
there is a foam collar around the drain where it connects to the ac box. if its wet than the water is coming out of there because its getting backed up.

similar problem in my old 100 cs quattro wagon, i ended up needing new ecu, bad service guy
put in wrong ecu, long story short, i ended up with an s4, make sure u clean the leaves and gunk out from underneath where windshield meets hood, might be the problem

Try looking in the firewall, drain hole gets blocked and it fills with water....
Leaks thru by the bonnet release cable or ECU bulkhead wiring.
Clear out the drain holes underneath where the battery sits approx and remove all debris and old leaves etc...
