Default Steering loosened, and pass side has been 'honking/groaning' for a while now, getting worse.

It literally sounds like a goose. It groans/honks over speed bumps and angle changes like driveways/ramps especially if the wheel is turned.

Given the hassle I had with Shine when they did my suspension install, I'm paranoid that they torqued everything down without it being loaded. They promised they did, but I've already paid to repair a rear bushing that they "said" went bad on it's own. I'm a bit nervous this is the lower.... but I would optimistically guess I just need to replace the passenger side upper CA and maybe TRE.

Default You can do the TREs yourself

I'm probably the same skill level as you (short shifter, primary O2s sensors, ABS controller, TBB, DVs and spark plugs). TREs were pretty straightforward.

FWIW, a local, well-respected indy quoted me 3 hours labor + parts and alignment to do the TREs.

Default My opinion - get in there and see if you can find anything wrong.

Only replace what you need to. If you still want to do everything, then buy a kit from PureMS.

Control Arm Clunk

Default Make sure to check the swaybar end links in the front - they are cheap as hell

and commonly go bad. You can wrench on those lower arms with a big pipe or something and should be able to tell if they are bad. Let me know if you want anymore specific advice/help.
