<center><img src="http://www.radius-autotech.com/images/R8big.jpg"></center><p>Basically I'm trying to figure out the following:
If there is a wheel that i know for a fact fits a B5 A4 and i want that wheel on my S4, what is the worse possible scenario for Spacer size to make the wheel fit? 3mm? 5mm? 10mm? 15mm?
The novice in me would think a 5mm should be more than enough.....

A quick measurement from wheel mounting surface to outer caliper edge:
S4=1-3/4" (new pads)
A4=1/4" (half worn pads)
So if you add about 1/4" to the A4 for wear the difference is about 1-1/4" or 30mm. The inner contour of the spoke will make up some of that.
