What is the going rate on used S4 brakes? What all do I need to put them on a A4?

What is the going rate on used S4 brakes? What all do I need to put them on a A4?
My car has been sitting for over 9 months (yes, bad I know!) and I think the calipers may be ceased. I can get A4 brakes for $100 or so for front, but I was thinking of just looking for the S4 ones if its only a little more. TIA.

What modifications are needed to make them fit on a 1998.5? I just got a quot for $369 for Boxster
calipers, rotors and carriers which bolt right on. IF these will go on easy though, I might just do that.

you will need custom adapters/carriers for the calipers.
