what I think of Achtuning
Almost a year ago I bought RS4 clutch from them. It showed up the same day as promised. The dealer tech accidentally installed stock S4 clutch instead of RS4 one that was in the trunk (but he was VERY apologetic afterwards).
I tried to sell it on my own with no luck. Then I got caught up in fartherhood duties. A few months back I asked Josh on the forum whether or not they could take it back (just for the heck of it).
Josh agreed to take it back with full refund. Mind you, this is over 6 months after the purchase.
What do I do? I forget to ship it
. Two months later I remember and email Josh. His answer? No problem, ship it back.
If this is not good customer service - I don't know what is.
