Default What if i... wired some fans on to the intercoolers and either blew or sucked air through them..

Would the power gain, if any out weigh the elec consumption factor? I am inclined to think that if i force some air through that area rather than having that air just be pushed via the front would cool the air a bit better.

Of course, need to design it to turn on depending on certain variables and open a new exhaust vent a little. Water is nice, but you'll run out.

Default Fans would be too slow.

You need a 'spritzer' on them to do any good.

Or get bigger ICs.

Even a fan like the a/c hi-pressure one? There goes that idea.

You'd probably be better off with intercooler misters
