oil and filter change, top off all fluids,remove and replace air and pollen filters,spark plugs, perform safety inspection of vehicle; check belts, suspension, wipers and blades, doors and hoods,sunroof,etc....
Additional: remove and replace water pump, timing belt and tension rollers.

Sparkys on an '00 maybe...'01+ sparks are at 40k mile intervals.
