what's the benefit to running without engine cover?

Default what's the benefit to running without engine cover?

if without the cover is better, why?

no real difference i run without them cause iv lost them over the times iv worked on my car

won't retain as much heat with the covers off.

Default Some feel the engine covers retain heat, I tend to agree. How much of a difference does it make,

probably not that much on the street.

Others prefer to have them off so that things are more accessible.

I prefer to have them off, one less thing to remove when I want to look things over.

Default I keep mine on, but they are all cracked and gashed up from the dealer...

pretty nice huh :-(
As soon as i find a deal on a set of CF ones i will, replace they.
