Default Whats involved with replacing the left bank #1 o2 sensor? mechanic is saying that he has to remove
the cv axle and it's going to take an hour. sound right?

Don't have to remove the axle, but most shops charge an hour minimum anyway.

dont see why he would have to remove the axle, but it should only take ~20min

he said the other three took him an hour and this last one is going to take another hour.

Like jwolf said, it should only take 20 minutes, but again he might charge you for whole hours.
