Durango & Dakota have a fuel cutoff at 115

couple that with a blower from fastdodge.com and you could pull 130+ even without the r/t package. But still it was probably an R/T because they come with a really stiff suspension (it doesn't actually have coil springs up front... it's a torsion bar)
