WHEEEEEEEEEEE!
I had an operation on Friday....and I'm on codene.
I hate to say this, but codene certainly makes you feel like walking is amazingly fast. Anyone want to pick me up and take me for a drive while I'm on my meds?

and judging from the look that my mom walked by and asked what I was doing....

Mom: Rolls eyes and walks away.....muttering something about me and sexual relations with my car....
Is it just me or do you think your car is female?
(I have never, nor will I do anything do anything sexual to my car. In it, maybe, but I'd worry about the leather.)

Don't do what I did on the juice. . .
I was percodan or percosed (sp?) after acl surgery on my right knee. I took me and my crutches to my volks bug, climbed in, malled the clutch, and got myself to the lexus dealership.
There, I bought a used 16v, Volks GTI. Not a good decision.

In 1993 I bought an abused, 1991, red, 16v gti off the lot at a lexus dealership. I don't think there is a lot of crossover between gti buyers and 93 lexi. I think it was there at the time b/c gti's were not available new. Volks was in a world of hurt, and in between the III and the IV platform (or something like that).
In my euphoria, I could not discern that it had been in a wreck, had the 8v wheels on it, a midas muffler job, and a leaking valve gasket.
All I remember is that I wanted german, fun, red, and tunable, if you know what I mean.
One year later, my checkbook was drained from all the maintenance issues.
Have a friend hide your car keys.
