When the turbo lady visits, does this cause your car to Misfire or could this be a hose???

When the turbo lady visits, does this cause your car to Misfire or could this be a hose???

Will pressure test in a bit, just thought I would ask.....

do you have a boost gauge? how much vacuum are you reading?
