Where is 02 sensor - bank 1, sensor 2 located at? under the car?

Where is 02 sensor - bank 1, sensor 2 located at? under the car?
Is this the sensor that screws into the primary cats under the car, right before the cat-back exhaust? Or is it the one up by the pre-cats and turbos?
