My rearview mirror is pissing me off.... there is a half an inch strip on the top half that is missing the fluid. I can't see much out of it and what I can see is not clear.

Just to mess with me the stupid strip is dynamic.... Some times it's on top half of the mirror... sometimes it's in a side way "u" shape and other times it takes a shape of a funny island thing.

Are all S4 rear view mirrors from 00-02 the same?

it's not too hard, just search there's a good writeup so you don't break the windshield or scratch

mine is from an a6 it has the digital compass. I think I paid 300 for it.

What color is the compass and does it still the dim the light... how do u like it?

it just says. NE, N, S, Sw etc. it lights up in red. search for it in the archives
