I have a mix of older and newer coilpacks, and just want a whole new set, maybe something better than stock if that's possible. I think this is a source of some of my poor cold running, and some intermittent high load misfires/shudder when ripping through the lower gears. FWIW, ASP K04 fueling, K04's, ....

Thanks,

Default Jason, I was getting ready to pull trigger on fueling. This is not helping...

Slippery slope it is... mo boost mo problems, less room for weak components.

So you think I should run with it.? Most my components are fairly sturdy, except only RS4 clutch...

Default You take good care of your car, you'll be in good shape. RS4 clutch - you might want to budget

for a replacement in the near future. As you know, my RS4 didn't last too long with stage 3 powah.

Yes, I have been thinking about that. Would naturally try it (RS4 clutch) first with Stg 3 fueling.

Default I liked them on my BMW, but there expensive.

Not sure about top end power, but the car had better cold start, idled smoother, & had noticeability more low end torque.

Also I picked up 4mpg with them. I used to have a hook up, & they only cost me $400 for the BMW, @ $800, it's a hard sell.

http://www.ignitionsolutions.com/</a
