where to get K04 inlet tube couplers?

So i finally found and ordered K04's and inlet pipes but i still need the 2 inlet tube couplers....they are the 2 things in the back of the pic next to the turbo...any one know where i can get these or know how to make my own?

My inlet piping kit from ECS came with them but...
you could just use silicone couplers as long as you know the diameter of the inlet pipes.

Re: where on AWE's site does it list that kit? i can only their FULL stage 3 kit.
they dont list that kit for sale by itself on the site but they will sell it separately (at least they told me they would), email them for details....btw, they didnt have any in stock last time i talked with them...
