Just use any DNS you want, most ikely if you can ping it, it will resolve names for you.
Same problem on my ISPs network, so I just found a fast DNS server on the internet and used that. Just do some searching on google.

ahh yes... @Home cable... AT&T tried to get me to move over to cable...
then it seems my DSL got moved to another ISP without my asking! (the guy at AT&T swears he had nothing to do with it....)
