Will an 18" BBS CH w/ a S03 225/40 fit in the spare tire space in an S4 sedan?

Curbed one today and have been looking for an excuse to get another to have as a spare.

it will fit, however there will be a small buldge from the wheel well.

That is an expensive "spare" tire.
