Will ASA EM9 17x7 wheels fit the S4?

Will ASA EM9 17x7 wheels fit the S4?
<center><img src="http://www.tirerack.com/images/wheels/asa/swap/asa_em9_ci3_l.jpg"></center><p>I'd like to get wheels I can use on both the VW and the S4 and this wheel has both bolt patterns and I believe the right offset, but Tirerack doesn't list it as fitting the S4. Will it not fit over the brakes?

How're you gonna use them on both the VW and S4? Adapters? And no, I don't think it'll fit. Didn't
somone post about this yesterday? If TireRack doesn't list them, they won't fit.

Oh, I'm sorry, I missed the part about that wheel having BOTH bolt patterns on the wheel. I didn't
know anyone made wheels like that. Looks kinda odd, IMO, now that I look at it. I was wondering why it had so many holes in the hub. LOL.
