Default Will B7 RS4 front brakes fit on our B5's
And what size wheels would we need to clear them

Any idea on how much they would cost from the parts department ?

Yeah, I see them often in Europe. I wouldn't get them though.

No bracket required, unless you fit RS6+ discs!

Default Yes, with slight modifications.
Reviewers seemed to be quite happy with them, saying they performed even better after they heated up. I know that's not the case with our brakes, or the B5 RS4 brakes (which are substantially larger than ours).
